Sleep is much more than just rest – it is the source of our strength, clarity and inner balance. But amid sensory overload, racing thoughts and everyday pressures, many people lose access to deep, nourishing sleep. ‘Sleep Well’ is a lovingly designed retreat weekend at Hotel Birke that invites you to approach the topic of sleep mindfully and holistically. Together with resilience coach Gabriele Manschewski, you will learn how to find peace, let go of stress and regulate your sleep in a natural way – through body-oriented exercises, insights from sleep psychology, healing rituals and time for yourself. In a small group (max. 10 people), we create a safe space for relaxation, exchange and new habits that you can easily integrate into your everyday life. For anyone who wants to sleep better, feel more deeply and realign themselves with fresh energy.
