Eligibility to Participate
Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 at the time of participation is eligible to enter, with the exception of employees of Ringhotels and Ringhotels e.V., as well as their relatives.
Participation in the competition is only possible within the framework of these terms and conditions. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these terms and conditions (competition rules).
Competition Period
The entry deadline (date and time) is specified in each competition.
Execution and Processing
Each participant who fulfills the participation conditions stated in the competition will be entered into the prize draw.
The draw takes place after the closing date of the respective competition, as announced in the respective competition. The winner(s) will be notified by Facebook message after the draw. To ensure timely processing of the prize, the winner must provide their contact details (email address, postal address, telephone number) to the organizer by private Facebook message within one week of being notified of the prize. If this is not provided in time, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize and draw a new winner. The prize is non-transferable. A cash payout or exchange of the prize(s) is excluded.
In the case of Ringhotels accommodation vouchers, travel to and from the hotel is at the winner’s own expense. These accommodation vouchers are valid for one year. An extension of the validity is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded. The competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of fulfillment is Munich. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.
Prizes
The prize(s) will be specified in each competition.
Exclusion from Participation / Modification of the Competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the draw who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the participation process, the system, and/or the draw/pages and/or who violate the terms and conditions or common decency and/or otherwise attempt to unfairly and/or dishonestly influence the draw.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely in whole or in part at any time without prior notice or to modify its course, if technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or legal reasons make it impossible to ensure proper implementation of the competition.
If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer may claim compensation for the damages incurred from that person.
The organizer is entitled to award reasonable, equivalent substitutes instead of the originally announced prizes if the organizer is unable to award the original prizes.
Privacy Policy
The personal data collected in connection with participation will be processed for purposes necessary for the execution of the competition. The Ringhotels data protection regulations apply, which can be accessed at www.ringhotels.de/datenschutz.
Liability
With the handover of the prize, the organizer is released from all obligations, unless an earlier point in time results from these terms and conditions.
The organizer is not liable for material and/or legal defects in the prizes provided by cooperation partners and/or participating Ringhotels. The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a cooperation partner and/or participating Ringhotel and the resulting consequences for the execution and handling of the competition.
In the case of travel prizes, the organizer is also not liable for the consequences of a justified change in the travel offer or the justified cancellation of the trip by the travel operator. The possibility of a cash payout of the travel value is excluded.
