How accessible is the service?

The assessment is based on a self-assessment using the AccessGO accessibility tool.

Based on this review, the website is partially accessible with the aforementioned requirements.

Specifically, the following points are not fully compliant with the accessibility regulations that apply to us:

Barrier: some buttons are empty or contain no descriptive text.
Barrier: Some links are empty or contain no text, making their destination or function unrecognizable.
Barrier: An existing form label contains no visible or alternative text for description.
Barrier: Redundant neighboring links with identical target.
Barrier: Missing assignment of a label to a form field.
Barrier: Redundant title text for an element.
Barrier: Some PDF documents provided on the website (e.g. conference information, Heimat & Genuss magazine, HeimatGenuss Guide, certificates) are currently not fully accessible. Some of these files have structural and technical limitations - including missing heading structures, undefined reading sequences, missing alternative texts for graphic content or untagged tables. As a result, they can only be used to a limited extent with assistive technologies. For organizational and economic reasons, it is currently not possible for us to make all existing PDF documents completely accessible. However, we will endeavor to publish new documents in accessible form in the future wherever possible. If you require a specific document in accessible form, please contact us - we will be happy to provide you with an individually accessible version as far as we are able.

It is not economically feasible to remove these barriers.
