New Year's Eve at the Birke with Gala
Experience a musical-culinary evening with us and celebrate your turn of the year not only swinging - but also in style.
On New Year's Eve, we will spoil you with a firework display of the senses. Take slowing walks in the fresh winter sea air or roam through the forest adjacent to the hotel. Afterwards, relax in the fireplace bar, by the pool or in our spa area, where our co-hosts will recommend the treatment that suits your needs. Afterwards, indulge in culinary delights in our excellent local Fischers Fritz Restaurant. With fresh regional products, our chefs will prepare you wonderful Nordic winter dishes, with specialities from before and behind the dyke.
You can look forward to a concert with artists from the Kiel Opera House, under the direction of General Music Director Benjamin Reiners.
In the festively decorated rooms we will serve you a 5-course menu between the performances.
On New Year's Day, you will start the year 2023 with a sumptuous breakfast during which you will review the turn of the year.
