The winery Bercher will come on March 7th 2026 to Ringhotel Birke. It can look back on over 500 years of family history and has been based in Burkheim for more than 300 years. In the historic manor house from 1756, the ninth and tenth generation of winemakers craft high-quality wines that combine tradition with modern viticulture techniques.
The winery is especially known for Grauburgunder, Spätburgunder, and Weißburgunder, carefully vinified with expertise and passion. During a visit or wine tasting, you can experience the Bercher family’s dedication firsthand – from vineyard cultivation to cellar maturation.
